Sales Gallery

The conversion of a mid-block residential property into a prominent sales gallery for a new condominium development. Significant structural alterations relocated the front door and opened up the interior. A double height space provides visitors with a visual connection to the rooms on display. Two-storey curtain wall glazing was installed on the front elevation to catch the attention of passersby along this busy stretch of Bayview.

The gallery does away with a formal reception and waiting area and is designed to immerse guests into the aesthetic of the proposed condominium immediately. Upon entry visitors find themselves in an open-concept kitchen and living space, as if they are visiting an actual residence.
