What’s in a name?

The streets of Toronto do not run perfectly north-south or east-west. The city grid is in fact rotated, sixteen degrees west of north. This means that a site that appears to be north facing, may actually bask in late day western light. We strive to design buildings which are directly informed by their site and context, be it in the city or in the countryside.
