Bluboho

A jewellery boutique, Bluboho, opens a third location on Queen Street West, in downtown Toronto. Larger than their other two locations, this store is divided into a retail area at the front and a production space at the back for jewellery fabrication.

Typical of Toronto street retail, the space is long and narrow with exposed brick walls and high ceilings. Contrasting the soft brick and natural wood floor, the new cabinets are bright, white and modern with clean lines and fine details. Each of the custom cabinets are anchored to a vertical mirror element set within existing niches in the brick walls. Pendant fixtures were selected to create three distinct zones along the length of the store, drawing visitors in, and providing places to pause and engage with the jewellery.
