1414 Bayview

An interior design project in collaboration with Architects Alliance, for Gairloch Developments. 1414 Bayview is a midrise luxury condominium in Toronto, now under construction. Sixteen Degree Studio envisioned the design of all public interior spaces, including the lobbies, amenity space, and corridors as well as fit and finishes of all residential units.

Residential suite finishes are fresh and timeless, with a variety of customized elements to suit varying suite layouts.

The amenity space remains flexible, to be attractive to many residents and facilitate future ways that we will work and inhabit our homes. A series of grand rooms, including a large communal table, will be act as host for formal and informal lounging and working.
