A complete reinvention of a historic Rosedale home, this project included extensive structural, mechanical, and architectural upgrades. The residence was fully gutted, underpinned, and rewired, with a new floor plan, improved building envelope, upgraded HVAC systems, and a replacement two-storey addition. New landscaping, a pool, and a detached garage completed the transformation.

At the front of the home, richly detailed formal rooms embrace the character and elegance of the original architecture. Moving through the house, the atmosphere becomes brighter and more relaxed, opening into light-filled family spaces connected by long, carefully framed sightlines.
